Tiny desk AI video clips remixed for Lovart ME

A singer-and-sax clip cut from a 10-second Seedance 2.0 Fast original of two original characters, plus an empty stage and a poster designed here.

A tiny desk AI video puts you and your friends behind a cluttered office desk with packed bookshelves and warm lamps, playing a short soul set. Both players here are original generated adults; nobody’s real face, set or footage is used. The clip is a Lovart ME cut of a Seedance 2.0 Fast original, and the two stills were made with GPT Image 2.5 Flare for this page on October 27, 2026. None of them came from the workbench above.

02 / Stage first

Design the tiny desk AI video stage first

Upload your photo and a friend's, design the desk stage with books and lamps, check both faces, then animate the big note and the sax hand-off.

  1. Step 1 example: Photo 1, the lead singer

    Add the two photos

Photo 1 is the lead at the mic, Photo 2 the sax player. One person per photo, chest up, face to the camera and evenly lit; different tops help the model keep the two apart.

  2. Step 2 example: the empty desk stage with shelves and lamps

    Add a room picture

Optional: a photo of your own shelves, desk or lamps goes in the Room picture slot. Design the desk sends everything to Image to Image with GPT Image 2.5 Flare and builds the stage around it.

  3. Step 3 example: the singer holding the big note

    Design, then animate

When both faces look right, Animate it uses the stage still as the only first frame in Image to Video. Seedance 2.5 by default, 10 seconds; the cost shows on each button before you run it.

03 / Band map

A band map for your tiny desk AI video

Photo 1 stands at the mic in the middle, Photo 2 holds the sax on the right, and a third photo can sit at the keys on the left.

Desk stage plan: an empty desk set with a mic, a sax on a stand and a keyboard
Desk stage plan sample: keys on the left, the mic in the middle, the sax stand on the right.

Lead at the mic

Photo 1 goes to the vintage mic. In the sample she opens on a held note with her eyes closed, framed close enough that the face carries the shot.

Sax on the right

Photo 2 holds the tenor sax on the right and takes the solo. Left and right stay fixed for the whole clip; swap them on the still, not in the video.

Keys on the left

A third player fits at the keyboard on the left. The Desk Concert tab animates two players; pick Concert poster with three photos when you want the whole band in one still.

04 / Shot list

The tiny desk AI video shot list

Write the held note, the laugh and the sax hand-off as three timed lines, keep both faces the same, and edit one line at a time.

Frames come from the Big note, sax solo clip above at 1, 2.7 and 5.5 seconds; the seconds are where each beat sits in this 8.2-second cut. Each card pairs what the sample shows with the prompt line behind it.

  1. Line 1: the note, frame from the sample clip

    Line 1: the note

0-2 s Close on the singer, eyes shut, holding the big note into the mic.

0-2 s: the singer on the left holds a big note into the mic.

  2. Line 2: the laugh, frame from the sample clip

    Line 2: the laugh

2-3.5 s She breaks into a laugh and opens a hand toward the sax player.

2-4 s: she laughs and gestures to the sax player.

  3. Line 3: the solo, frame from the sample clip

    Line 3: the solo

3.5-8 s He plays the solo while she sits beside him, smiling and swaying.

4-10 s: the player on the right takes the sax solo while the singer sways beside him.

Where the tiny desk AI video idea comes from

It started with an All-Loss Tiny Desk Concert parody posted on October 18, 2026, which copied the format of Charlie Wilson's 2023 desk set.

  1. June 2023Charlie Wilson plays a desk concert whose set ends with the Gap Band song Outstanding. That is why people search “outstanding tiny desk”.
  2. Oct 18, 2026The TikTok account @theburnerfromhe11 posts College Football’s Week 8 All-Loss Tiny Desk Concert, an AI parody that puts losing head coaches behind the desk as a band.
  3. Oct 23-24, 2026Sports accounts post NFL versions, and template accounts start one-photo tutorials.

What people copy

A lead singer belting a soul line in front of packed bookshelves, laughing mid-line and handing the solo to a sax player, with friends on sax and keys.

What to leave out

No series logo, no real concert footage and no real coach or celebrity faces. Build a new desk concert from your own photos and score it with an original tune.

Picking a tiny desk AI video route

Pick a one-photo desk-concert site for a fixed band, a general video tool for motion only, or this page to design the room and the band first.

One-photo site

Template sites drop your face onto a fixed singer in a fixed room. Fastest for a solo joke, but the band and the set are not yours.

General video tool

Any image-to-video tool will animate a photo of you; the shelves, lamps and the sax player are left to the model.

Designed desk stage

The Desk Concert tab: two photos and an optional room picture become one stage still you check first, then the note, the laugh and the solo.

An original soul tune

Questions

Tiny desk AI video questions

Can I design the room before anyone moves?

Yes. Design the desk makes a still first from your photos and an optional room picture, so you can check the shelves, the lamps and both faces before the video costs anything.

How do I set who plays what?

Photo 1 sings lead at the mic on the left, Photo 2 takes the sax on the right. Press Swap left and right if they land the wrong way round. For a third player at the keys, use Concert poster with three photos for a still.

Can the desk look like my own study?

Yes. Add a photo of your shelves or desk in the Room picture slot; the stage takes its shelves, desk and lamps and never uses it for a face.

Where did the outstanding tiny desk joke start?

With College Football’s Week 8 All-Loss Tiny Desk Concert, an AI parody posted on TikTok on October 18, 2026 by @theburnerfromhe11. It copied the format of Charlie Wilson’s June 2023 desk set, which ends with the Gap Band song Outstanding.

Can I use the official Tiny Desk logo or the real set?

No. Build a new desk concert from your own photos with no series branding, logo or real concert footage, and use an original tune instead of the original song.

Where does the sample clip come from?

It is a Lovart ME cut of a 10-second Seedance 2.0 Fast clip made for this trend on October 27, 2026 from the stage still on the card: re-cut, reframed and color graded, with no new AI generation. The card shows the two original portraits.
